All the Images on this website be they photographic or artwork  are believed to be one of the following:-

1. Royalty free. "An initial fee is paid for the purchase of the CD, online images or a collection of photos, and the purchaser may use the image(s) as often as required within the license terms and conditions without paying for the use of the image each time the image is used."  More info

2. Public domain.  "Refers to the status of a work having no copyright protection and, therefore, belonging to the world. When a work is "in" or has "fallen into" public domain it means it is available for unrestricted use by anyone. Permission and/or payment are not required for use. Except with respect to certain foreign-originated works eligible for restoration of copyright, once a work falls into the public domain ("PD"), it can never be recaptured by the owner."  More info

3. Fair use "The right set forth in Section 107 of the United States Copyright Act, to use copyrighted materials for certain purposes"  More info

However with a large number of graphical images it is conceivable that mistakes are made. If you believe that your copyright has been infringed then please let us know. We have no desire to display copyrighted material that is not available to use.

Contact us through the contacts page and send us some sort of evidence of copyright ownership (we are sure you will appreciate that its not possible just to take action because somebody says so without evidence). We will then take one of the following steps.

1. Removal. If it is agreed that the material is copyrighted and the owner requires it, the image will be removed from our servers.

2. Recognition. A credit for the work in the form of a link, company logo, address, name or phone number can be displayed with the image.

3. A fee paid. In exceptional circumstances a fee may be negotiated for the royalty.
