However with a large number
of graphical images it is conceivable that mistakes are made. If
you believe that your copyright has been infringed then please let us
know. We have no desire to display copyrighted material that is
not available to use.
Contact
us through the contacts page and send us some sort of evidence of
copyright ownership (we are sure you will appreciate that its not
possible just to take action because somebody says so without
evidence). We will then take
one of the following steps.
1. Removal. If it is agreed that the material is copyrighted
and the owner requires it, the image will be removed from our
servers.
2. Recognition. A credit for the work in the form of a link,
company logo, address, name or phone number can be displayed with
the image.
3. A fee paid. In exceptional circumstances a fee may be
negotiated for the royalty.
