There are many cross shapes, Latin is the commonest and has a transom shorter than its upright. Two transoms make the cross a patriarchal cross; with three a papal cross. St. Andrew's cross is like an X. The Celtic cross has a central circle.

From design to real thing

Feel free to print the design you choose and take it to your favorite tattooist for them to copy. Typically a trace or outline will be made of your design which will be transferred to the place on your body to be used then the outline will be made permanent and then the color applied if required.
